List of PS1 Beta's, Demo's and Such. Any objections?

Thanks Atreyu. And regarding your thoughts on PS1 and XB1 games, there are a lot of XB1 and PS2 titles that are still great to me, but I agree on most PS1 titles aging rather badly.

 

For anyone still interested it was a beta that, unlike beta 2, both claire and leon were playable. It also contains the original marvin cutscene, licker head scene, and 1.5 animations.
I made a video of trial edition with hacks to restore those here, which will basically show exactly what beta 1 was:

Technically wrong. Play through the trial. There is still many things "Beta" without the hacks. The hacks just restore what is left in code. (Everything in the hacked trial is in the RE2 trial code left over from Beta 1 and RE 1.5.)

Also in this trial using a .TIM viewer you can see all the leftover backgrounds from RE 1.5. Capcom forgot to remove those backdrops in this trial.

A 'Beta' is an unreleased developer version of a game.
Hacking a RETAIL game does not make it a beta!??

And thanks for your advice, but being a Resi Evil collector for >10 yrs I've owned the RETAIL Trial version for many years.
The unused RE 1.5 backgrounds etc have been known about for years too.

Would be nice if the OP could clarify what he has and maybe share with us?

 

Sorry I totally forgot about this thread I will start uploading any that are requested I will start with the resident evil and biohazard series. As for what's on each disc I do not know I just happen to have access to the images and that was the list from the PlayStation beta archive. I just bought and modded a PlayStation but of course the controller I ordered was a Dualshock 2 and does not work for a lot of the games. Until I can find a translation yellow PlayStation 1 controller I can't do much testing as I need one that matches my system because for some reason it bothers me playing with a normal controller so I have not purchased one
