sorry to drag up this one again but just read about this program called Share that seems to be what you're looking for
from what I read it's (bad translation from swedish) "the successor to the japanese WinMX-variant Winny."

- Today it's almoast impossible to find none japanese material (not a problem from what I understood in your posting )
