Looking for Blue Stinger, Code Veronica and any Ninja Gaiden NES/ Famicom Proto/Betas

Looking for prototypes of Ninja Gaiden 1, 2 or 3 for the NES or Famicom. Also interested in Ninja Gaiden GB and Atari Lynx.

Interested in a proto of Blue Stinger.

Found stills of the CV beta but nothing to actually play. I'd be interested in demos or protos of Code Veronica.

 

There's a beta of Carrier floating around, similar game to Blue Stinger?

 

I got the Carrier one that's in a thread here. They're somewhat similar.

I'd love to play the fixed-camera Blue Stinger before Activision changed to behind-the-back for US audiences. Not sure if that's what you're after?

 

I'm looking for anything pre retail release.

Did anything come of the sequel? I know the Happy Console Gamer said it was called Red Stinger but like the protos I can't find much information on it.

There was a Code Veronica beta being tossed around on another beta forum between hands exclusively. They were your typical Resident Evil beta hoarders, so no, it wasn't leaked.

 

I've only been able to find the Code Veronica demo that's included with the RE2 Value. So the search continues. Any site recommendations?

I could never get into Blue Stinger. The graphics are horrible. A lot of DC games have held up pretty well as far as graphics, but Blue Stinger has not aged well. And of course the story and the dialogue are stupid and ridiculous - but not in a fun, cheesy way. Just really poorly written and poorly thought out. I guess that might be partly due to a bad translation.

 

To each their own. The oddness of the game is what attracted me to it. Hearing Christmas music on one level and obtaining ammo and weapons via vending machine. The game has flaws but I enjoy it very much none the less.
