Here's a long shot but why not. These are the two most interesting unreleased games for the xbox for me, would love to know if anybody has ahold of them.
Someone has the skateboarding demo, but there is no evidence any work was ever done porting Chrono to the Xbox.

It was planned to be ported to all sorts of things. But with such a small group of people working on it, Im surprised they got as much running as they did on the PC.
There is no mention of any release in there. There is a mod of CT that got shut down by SE's no fun police, but that one did leak: Chrono Trigger Crimson Echoes.
No, but I remember seeing a YouTube "play-through" of it. Try searching for it, should still be up. The video did it justice for me. Didn't seem too far along, even though it seems that their goals weren't even to recreate the whole game anyway. Not that I wouldn't like for it to be out there one day. No Chrono Trigger love ever gets to fully bloom. The Crimson Echoes hack is definitely the closest thing to a true modification for CT, despite its amazing editor, Temporal Flux.
