Looking for cheap universal programmer

hi, i have got a few Japanese carts that i wouldn't mind converting to the English the versions.

I got a TL866CS but i didn't shell out for the adaptors at the time and now im kicking myself because now i want to have a go at flashing a 29F032.

How did you make that adaptor? ( the part between the two zif zip or is that just a diy TSOP to willen?)

Also it seems that even though every other seller says in the description that the TL866CS supports the 29F032, its not in the list of devices precisely. When i look in search device/All with AM29F032 its not in there, what device do you select to flash the AM29F032B?
