I've contacted the betaarchive owner if i can upload to hosting sites, if he doesn´t reply until tommorow, then i'm gonna upload, if something happens to me i will say that borman was the guy who found the game.

I didnt find the game, but regardless, its on the internet to be shared by the original owner, so they cant complain.

 

got permission to do this, i just have to let the .txt mentioning that it was came from betaarchive.

Wish luck for me, i'm gonna upload on megaupload, and its not gonna be easy, my internet is getting down since few days ago.

EDIT: damn i m gonna have to download the original file again, bitch filezilla probably deleted the original, and i don´t know how to make the program do the downloads to another folder instead of being in Temp folder.

 

Stupid, since it wasn't "their" game in the first place. You shouldnt have to include any text.

There isn´t much that i can do, because their servers have many beta games that disappeared in the internet.

 

Uploading the game now from the original files. It doesn't matter if they happened to back it up. Its all redistribution of copyrighted files that we dont own anyway. None of the files are ever really gone.

I don't see how you could since the 360 is emulating a retail xbox with 64mb which you need an upgraded or dev xbox to run this
