well, tmrw i pick it up i purchased it from america i have arrange a delivery to my house and i cant wait i love this game
I tried the game in Trocadero on Saturday and I enjoyed it (I found it a bit easy). The weapons added a nice touch. Here in my town almost all arcades are filled with classics. Dungeons & Dragons, Sega Rally, Daytona USA, DoA, SF2, House of the Dead or Tekken 2 are common. The most recent machines are Time Crisis 3 and Tekken TT I think, so I really wanted to try some new. I played Afterburner, HoD4 and Outrun 2 and left Trocadero without trying Time Crisis 4:crying:
I've seen several MarioKart arcade cabs, all in the UK: London Trocodero (as someone's previously stated) Southampton Sega Park (next to Monkey Arcade, which apparently rocks the retro) Plymouth MegaBowl/TenPin and a few I can't remember where. Every single time I play it, I'm dissapointed though. It's far too uncontrollable, although less dull than the N64 Rainbow Road!
The problem with Rainbow Road is that it's rather long, not very windy and the only advantage to it is that people who can't stay on the track have a chance to claim a win over their mates. The Double Dash version: now that's crazy!
playing rainbow road from Mariokart 64 in F-zero X with the DD attached (+expansion disk) with the tune turned rock.. ah.. pleasure...love...
