Why i had to sell my Master System when i was 15?! WHY!?!?

to answer a few questions..

I made the pink/ silver sms myself. There was supposed to be a console modding competition on sega8bit but then nothing much happend, so I made this to try and encourage them to start the competition up again. Anyway it's now in full swing so i'll be making another one shortly.

GodofHardcore - it isnt every game, i'm missing Dynamite Headdy and Les Schtroumpfs Autour du Monde, I have alot of variations of the same games though. Ive not posted pics of light phasers yet, I didnt think i'd get such a great responce to my collection. I'll post some more pics this week.

DRussian - some are off Benaccorsi but not most, he's a great seller though, good prices and reliable. and yes there all in alphabetical order, which can be a bit of a pain when I get a few new ones in the A's and B's and have to move 700+ games along

 

I love thae pink and silver Master System mod ! I always wanted the white mode witha splatted tomato painted on to it that Mean Machines were doing a contest for in the UK many years ago. that Master System also looked very cool.

nice...I have a masssive love for the color pink for some reason that I cannot explain ( i wanna know why i like it so damn much myself )and that master system just screams AWESOME to me...I'm going to photoshop an NES to those colors.

 

Its korean and called 'Super Boy II', you can play it over at smspower.org, word of warning though, its very crappy.

 

Amazing collection! Maybe you saw it, but last week someone sold Dynamite Headdy on Ebay (and there is also one up with buy-it-now).

 

yeah, I saw, I was buying other things at the time though. Ive seen the one for sale at the moment on 'buy it now' but will never buy from that seller (long story). thanks for the tip off though.

That Tom & Jerry display case is cool as tits. I've heard rumours that World Cup USA '94 was released on the AUS silver cart too. Did you win that Aus double pack you were bidding on?

 

I like that Tom and Jerry aswell, it's a woolworths display case, that circle on it isnt a sticker, wooly's print off there own covers. I nearly landed a couple hundred DS display covers a few months back but the manager came over and said they wernt allowed to give them out (they were chucking out a box full of them) :banghead:

I've heard a few rumours of other Aus silver games aswell but so far thease 5 are the only ones I've ever seen. Yeah i won that Aus double pack wasnt cheap though

 

i was reading that issue of sega force the other day with the zombie, evil guy on the front. i`ve got about 5 or 6 copies of S magazine which as you certainly know became sega power, they are in poor condition as i got them when i was like 6yrs old.

 

thats all the mags i have so far (i think a couple of Mean Machines) but i really want some more, if your looking to sell your 'S' mags i may be interested?

 

They are in really bad condition and worthless really but i`m very sentimental about them i`m afraid. If i have a change of heart i`ll let you know.

seeing your post made me realise that this was my original collecting vision. I picked up some nice mint games for £1 each down at gamestation.

 

no worries, I know what you mean about sentimantal, a few of the games in my collection are in poor condition, but ive had them since new so didnt want to swap them out.

About gamestation.. I think perhaps 1/3 of my euro games have been from gamestation. I'm lucky to have about 8 branches not too far away.

 

i nearly physically assaulted a friend when they spilt a drink into one of my drawers as my wonderboy III dragons trap got coke on it. thinking about it i might still attack him and that was 4 years ago.
