Master System collection

That white Master System may have been in the very first COMPLETE GUIDE TO CONSOLES by the CV&G / Mean Machines team. THere were 3 of these wasn't there? Red, Yellow and Bule. I'm sure it was a contest in the very first one that may have been the red book.

I have a lot (well, at least 20-30 issues) of british Sega magazines I maybe can sell or trade. Can take a picture some day. Also have some nice swedish advertises etc (not only Master System) that might be interesting?

I just counted mine I have 155 unique TecToy titles (not all CIB). There's 251 in total I think.

 

94 so far I think, mostly complete. eventually I hope to catch'em all ;-)

That white Illuminated SMS is the fucking dogs bollocks, seriously I nearly fell out of my chair. Did you do that yourself? The precision on the cutting looks amazing. :clap:

 

thanks yeah I made it myself, cut out with a coping saw using a stencil I printed out.

Depending on the time it takes to make them VS selling price I think maybe you could easily sell these for a nice amount.

Can i ask how you added the detail like the power button and controller text after you had painted it white?

It took much longer than I had hoped, perhaps 18 hours solid. Each letter was around 3 hours to cut and file. I wouldnt want to sell them, it was just for fun

The strip with the details on wasnt difficult (see my pink and silver mod on page 1). I peeled off the old details strip and scanned it in, moddified it on photoshop, then printed it on glossy photo paper and laminated it, then cut it out.
