    A dreamcast was consider in development but never really became anything. Anything Max Payne related with the dreamcast is just using PC screenshots.

    The video we can see is not a dreamcast video ? Maybe with a devkit or a capture ?

    The best case scenario from what I recall is that they only had tested it, as originaly they would only port the game after the PC release.

    No its not dreamcast gameplay its PC gameplay :)
    Like pato said they probably thought about porting the game to dreamcast after the PC release
