MD/Genny auto-switching TMSS bypass mod

Not that I can think of - the basic problem is that the same signal that pages in the TMSS ROM is also the one that disables the ROM on the Mega CD when you have a cartridge plugged into the console - so the only way you could make it automatic would be to disable the mod whenever you had the CD unit plugged in. You would still end up with the TMSS ROM enabled when you booted a cart with the CD unit plugged in, so this would effectively be the same as not having any mod at all.

I'll have a think about it, but I dont' have a Sega CD here to do any actual tests (just the console and a 32X).
