Mega CD games on Sega CD??

Can Japanese/European Sega games be played on a US Sega CD unit??

nah, but you can run cdrs on it, so just make and iso and change the region.

 

true, but the compatily of it is not highe due to the fact that the region code for sega cd/mega cd is quite different, since japanese has a short boot code while american and european games have long boot code, still the best way to be able to play japanese games on sega cd is multibios, since compaitlbily with japanese titles is quite low due to boot sectors.
