Mega Drive model 1 RGB amp

Hi all,

My current Mega Drive has the horrible jailbars issue. Some games are worst than others and when it's clearly visible my brain cannot focus and enjoy the game.

I've tried a couple of fixes, like lifting a leg on a chip and so on but it just improved slightly... I've seen some RGB amps for sale in videogameperfection but they are sold out/discontinued, if someone has a link for a shop or if you have access to something similar please let me know in this thread.

Thank you for your reply. I have to say I really don't understand how to modify the board or what I need to buy. I would rather buy a pre assembled piece which required few soldering steps. But if you think I am overcomplicating things could you just briefly explain how should I proceed with the link you provided?

In the next month or two I'm planning on ordering the pcb from OSHPark and assembling it for myself. I have to order three if your still looking for one when I get around to it I can sell you one.

Nah I live in the US. But international shipping for something that small shouldn't be a problem I don't think.
