Thank you so much so releasing this gem I had a quick look at the emulator code and it seems that it is possible to configure emulation options that are not available in the frontend (same options as the Smash Pack?). The emu tries to load a list of config files, with the 1st one being named MD_EMU00.CFG or others MD_EMU00.XXX where XXX are digits. I cannot spend time on this right now but this release is definitely interesting Thank you for sharing!

Thank you very much A simple cover. https://s27.postimg.org/sjcut38wj/megadrive_for_dreamcast_cover.jpg Edit: For me dont work, not pass Dreamcast logo screen =/
Damn, I forgot about bin2boot being 32-bit only as I do all of my DC stuff in a WinXP VM with mostly older tools. Luckily sizious has made an alternative program cdi4dc that I believe works on 64-bit. When I get home from work I'll check it and switch it over.
this wasn't my upload i just re-upload it FIXED changed bin2boot with cdi4dc all good Edit: Read next posts thanks @darcagn
@madsheep be careful! I downloaded your version of the disc maker and although I did not test it, it should not work. CDI4DC by default creates an audio/data disc with the data track starting at LBA 11702. Katana binaries require the starting LBA to be hacked into the file. I hacked the binaries on the disc to run from a track starting at LBA 0. This requires the data/data option (-d) to be set in CDI4DC. Unless you hacked those binaries to 11702 (I didn't check so forgive me if you did), burning a disc made from your kit would likely end up making the DC reboot after the copyright screen. However I have made a v2 of my package and it allows you to make CDI _or_ MDS/MDF files, and is 64-bit compatible now. Download link below! And my original post edited. Can you edit your post and remove the link from your non-working version so people don't get confused? Thanks! http://rg.to/file/da9d13f1c3cada6f0da4e75c2b8323ef/mdemu_discmaker.rar.html

DCDayDreamer at DCEmulation looked at this binary and the Dream Passport Emulator as well as the Smash Pack emulator binaries, and they have similar references to MD_EMU00.CFG and SMASH_XX.CFG respectively. However, these files aren't present on those GD-ROMs either and I'm pretty sure (if I remember correctly) those are the names of the configuration saves that show up on the VMU when you look at the VMU in the Dreamcast BIOS menu. So it might just be that this reference is trying to retrieve the users' custom configuration (controller button settings, etc.) from the VMU. If that's the case, then this isn't a way to set the emu MODE/SKIP/SOUND options
If this is the disk/build I think it is then you should be able to access a text document/FAQ by navigating to the Sonic the Hedgehog rom in the rom list and pressing the Y button (iirc)
