Site NEWS February 4th 2008 - Sorry for the lack of any update last week, I'd come down wit the flu or influenza as they like to call it here in Japan (yeah, they love to sound smart (^o^) ). But not to worry because I have managed to get a load of scanning done for a lovely Saturn update next week. This week however sees 9 new additions to the Saturn movie vault being Gakkou No Kwaidan - Galaxy Fight - Galaxy Fraulein Yuna Remix - Galaxy Fraulein Yuna 3 - Galaxy Fraulein Yuna Illustration Works - Galaxy Fraulein Yuna Illustration Works 2 - Gale Racer - Gal Jan and Gal Panic SS. Not the greatest titles in the world but still worth a watch.

Site NEWS February 11th 2008 - Another week brings another update for Segagaga Domain (^-^) However some Internet Explorer uses may have noticed that they are having problems with the Movie Vault section of the site. This is a fault with Segagaga Domain's host. I've been in touch with them to inform them about the problem so fingers crossed that all will be working again soon. But for the time being you may want to download Fire Fox web browser since the Movie Vault seems to work fine with that.

Site NEWS February 24th 2008 - Hi and how are all you Sega fans doing this week? Pretty well I hope. Sadly the problem with the Movie Vault and Internet Explorer is still present. It seems that something somewhere has gone wrong that causes Internet Explorer to only play one video at a time before only showing a blank white screen. However I've been told that Internet Explorer running under Vista works fine. Those of use still using XP or other Windows OS can still use Fire Fox to view all video files perfectly until I figure out what's going wrong.

Why not change the player you use? The Dreamhost player may be the issue as your .flv files are just raw video...

http://flowplayer.org/ is totally free to use, and seems easy enough to use. Perhaps try it on one page and see what happens mate.

Awesome game, one of the best sprite games in recent history.

 

I did change the player mate (Dreamhost recommended one) but I still get the same problem. I'll try the one you mentioned. The shitter is that everything was fine until one day last month. At first I thought Dreamhost had done something but no. So then I was on to Brinkster where my site is hosted (apart from the videos) but again they couldn't find anything.

So I'm under the suspission that F*ing Microsoft have uploaded something to everyone's XP and that's what's fucked it up. After all everything is fine with Internet Explorer under Vista. And everything is fine on any OS using Fire Fox.

Anyway, I'll give that player a try. If it works it means redoing over 100 F*ing pages

If you want to avoid doing 100 pages again give me a shout and I'll do you a single page PHP script that will do almost everything automatically, you just enter some info in the URL such as video.php?format=saturn&file=segarally.flv.

Wouldn't suprise me if MS ballsed something up, I wish IE would piss off and die, it's the worst browser ever (from a web developers point of view...).
