There's a devkit build of this out and about, took some screenshots and have been going through some data, I'll put a tcrf page together some point this week. Unfortunately it tends to crash fairly often and I'm not familiar enough with the 360 SDK to know how / if you can attach for remote console information the build may be attempting to stream out when it happens, I'm sure somebody else will be able to provide better insight on making it function fully. Admittedly, I'm running on RGLoader without kinect fully configured, it's possible the game is crashing due to that though I'm suspecting it's tied to some missing assets that it's trying to stream into the engine at certain points that cause it to crash out. So far I have yet to be able to get Kate into view, any attempt to get close to her skeleton layout causes the game to crash and the system to memdump when it reboots. The files appear to have at least some of her data, but without a way to tell what it's choking on I'm not really sure. Anyways, here are some photos I took, the game does also include an extensive debug menu accessible through the back button, it also has some level of keyboard interactivity though I don't know how deep, pressing the letter P will pause the game.
Lets share this with everyone. https://mega.nz/#!OltyADIQ!YBcSlt6NDHjZG5l4K8MqfRW5h6TdakBPp_bKsficnjQ
This is not the FIle Downloads forum my man edit: I'm not sure what flag I apparently had enabled that was breaking it, but I recopied the game to the kit and now it's properly running, welp
Left/Right on the dpad will advance the game to various keypoints in the demo storyline If you press in the left analog stick you can manually control the bubble for selecting things, twirling it in circles will activate the dustpan whirlwind. Pressing Start will open up the journal in lieu of holding both hands at the top like it wants you to with Natal It has built in emulation of yes/no voice prompts so you can bypass them with the joystick, but I got stuck when it got to the point of actually voicing a full command, had to skip the demo prompt and then the game froze when it wanted you to tell Milo something Chapter 2 seems to be mostly placeholder actions. So far I haven't seen Kate actually load in, she's in-world a the end of the pier but invisible, enabling skeleton and some additional options you can see that she is there in a default pose, but none of the animation tests cause her to do anything. Which could just be that she's not fully initialized, still trying to see if she even functions in this build I reflashed my RGH to 15574, installed Avatar/Kinect files, then flashed RGLoader 15574 and the dash recognized Kinect, however on booting Milo & Kate it didn't seem to initialize the Kinect, didn't see anything in the Mic debug output and trying to manually init it froze the game (the dash also stopped listing the Kinect as installed after a reboot post-crash). My guess would be since the demo is built off an early prototype of Natal it may not even be able to interact with the retail hardware, gonna try it out again to see if it will go though.
You can get the retail Kinect to somewhat work with an early Natal dashboard, but really it only shows you on the camera.
