I bought a Front Loading Neo Geo CD console about 5 years ago from a local shop. I brought it home and found that it wasn't working so I returned it and got a refund. They checked the system when I brought it back so they could see that it wasn't working. I went back a week later and saw the same Neo Geo CD console back on the shelf with the old price tag on it. I don't think they're dishonest, I think that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.

Thats why people should check the price tags of the same game in the shelf carefully. In the bargain box at Super Potato they had sealed Sakura Taisen for Dreamcast, 100yen/piece. I found copies w/o spine for 500yen while searching the Dreamcast-section though.

Another time I bought the MGS premium package, also at Super Potato. It set me back 4100yen, but I was lucky because the next poor guy had to pay 6200yen and the game inside wasnt even sealed as mine.

yeah, the same for those lose HuCards hanging on the wall. they cost sometimes triple the price as the same game in complete condition in the junk-corner right next to the entry.
