it was a while go on the mc d / subway web site it was something like 45%

 

I looked all over the Subway web site, and I didn't see anything mentioning McDonald's except that they have surpassed them in store locations. Either way, it does not change the fact that Subway's food is way better than the garbage people buy at McDonald's.

 

for fast food , wendy's the best , but it's still fast food you know?

i don't personally think subway is fast food. yep, it's fast and its food , but it's not a hamburger with a strange sauce , a ton of fries with a pepsi cola , you know? it's far beter than eating at bk, mc do or wendys too.

i sometime eat in fast food, maybe 1 time by 2 months or so, the best is moderation, i'm not a fatty person, nor a anorexious one , its moderation.


still, the ''fast-food'' i like the best ( but i personnally don't call it fast food) is tim hortons . do you know tim hortons( maybe there's no tim hortons outside canada, i don't know.)? there's no fries or coca here , only fruit brevage or coffee, swandwiches (they have pretty damn good sandwish here, my favorite is the garden legumes (don't know the english name of it , but its a so-so translation) , and you can choose a soup or a muffin, THAT's a meal! :smt045

 

I've gotten sick off Wendys more than once :\ For sandwich chains, I prefer Togo's to Subway.

 

"Legumes" means vegetables, if I remember right
