Modding the Sega Saturn Video Encoder Chip

    I was thinking the same thing of using some VGA wiring since I can get 50ft for relatively cheap, now the only other issue is obtaining the connectors for the retro systems. I know I can buy some on alibaba but I need to order a large quantity and I know that there is a user on ebay (linked above) selling the Saturn connector but does anyone know where to get the other connectors like say the SNES/N64 and PSX/2, Dreamcast?

    not sure about snes/n64 or playstation connectors but i know theres a guy on here selling DC vga boxes, maybe drop him a private msg asking where he gets the connectors from?

    also i may try this too, as my wii scart cable does have audio noise on white

    That's what's in my cable, which is why I said earlier about individually shielded cables

    Hey Bad did you ever get some of those Saturn 10pin mini din connectors you mentioned in another thread?

    Saturn looks pretty great stock IMO. I have an official RGB cable from a model 1 Saturn.

    Through my display I don't notice audio buzzing but I did when I plugged my Saturn into my headphone amplifier.

    Machine has had the wavy screen issue recently caused by a dodgy PSU - although it's fine if I leave it to cool down or whatever. Have a spare PSU sitting around at least.
