I recently acquired my 1st cab - An Atari Primal Rage 1 unit w the usual Happ joysticks and ( I am guessing) a couple of buttons added on to make up 6.

The Jamma adaptor is fine, joysticks and buttons all work - cosmetically it's allright. But...after a rigorous drive from Oxford > London something seems to have come loose. (it worked great when i tested it b4 we loaded it into the van).

In it's current state the monitor powers on and is (if anything) too bright - the seller assured me the monitor hadn't seen much use when it was in use commercially. If I make any movement around the machine the screen cuts out (line zaps to the middle of the screen, then it's just black. Sound and game are still working.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what the problem might be?

My brother is suggesting it' s power/voltage fault. - im not so sure....

I'm looking to fix what I have and not buy a new monitor....:(

Check to see if the wire from the jamma harness to the monitor has come loose from the monitor.
