I have been raised here my whole life and I can tell you that downtown ain't as nice as it comes across. Still a ton of homeless and psychotic people that rome around there.

I would recommend stay away from san diego if you want work. Cause job opportunities suck ass down here. Not to stray this off topic but I was wonder hawnja if theres alot of work up in la that pays good as I plan on moving up there soon for college.

No that's ok, we don't need any more people!!:icon_bigg:icon_bigg

Nevada is pretty nice, depending on which part you live in. I am currently living up north in Reno/Sparks and it is pretty nice. The weather is crazy at times but it is something that you get used to. We get a lot of snow(2-3' total in the valley) during the winter and then 110-115 during the summer. There is no state income tax which is also very nice. House prices were really bad for a while but they are getting much better now, I am looking at purchasing a nice 1700 sq ft house on a golf course for about $250,000, the original owner paid $389,000, so that is how much things have dropped.

Vegas isn't too bad, it gets hot during the summer and there are a lot of tourists. Most of the town isn't affected by tourism though, just the strip. It is a pretty decent place to live, housing prices have plummeted there also, in fact you can pick up some really nice places cheap right now.

All I can say is that the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence.
