I rekkon you do have the Saturn trilogy & Mobile Suite? I lost the page, but Bandai jpn had a page out there with numerous Gundam games for Power Mac which were also Pippin compatible, there were about 5 or so I believe. You gotta get SFC Endless Duel
Endless Duel for the SFC was terribly sweet, yes. Also, there's these Gundam Wing 2D fighting games released in the US by god knows who. "Gundam Battle Assault", they're called here. Two of them. Do you have those too? Do you have the Gundam Computer from the late 70s or early 80s? Also, there was this cool Gundam tabletop LED-based stand alone game that someone pictured here a while ago.
I have that LED-based tabletop game machine at mom's place in Japan. been thinking of bring that one up on my numerous trip but just too big to carry with me onboard... I've played Battle Assault and wasn't impressed much. hence battle master in the list... for RX-78 pasocom what'd I do with it? ;p
I sold my MSX2+ ages ago and never had PC-9801 series - well there was one at the work I used to play with but personally used PC-8801SR MkII or what ever it was... and FM-NEW7 for my then pet project - micro mouse building... ;p I'm not gonna collect titles that I cannot play atm... (and keep things under manageable size otherwise I will get into trouble with missus again)
I think you're missing a few of those shitty SF war sims for the saturn. I'm sure there was about 3 of them featuring Gundam. Yakumo
You talking about Super Robot Taisen? That's like the best selling strategy series in Japan... ever. It's sick.
Hot scramble was the 11th game in the first volume of Famicom Mini games on the GBA. It was only given away through a Bandai-sponsored lottery for people who purchased the Gundam Gamecube game that came out last year. Definately one of the rarer Gundam games... BTW, what comes in the Side Story 0079 Premium Box?
if you are referring the one on PowerMac/Win... that is pure crap. in fact it's so bad I don't think I will let mine go - when thing's so bad it bounds to be good eventually he he. besides its poor port was out on PS1. the acting was pure b-grade and kinda funny on their own way... thing is I never seen a copy apart from mine nor met anyone who has it...?
Yeah, trhat's the one. I have no idea why that crap is so popular. They are all the same from the days of the Super Famicom all tey way to PS2. Same poor graphics with zero animation and same dull gameplay. Oh and same dul robots. Yakumo
What are the main difference between these special editions and normal retail releases? PS2 Journey to Jaburo PS2 Girennoyabou PS1 Char's Counter Attack also I've seen Gundam v1.5 The Best which I believe is reprint of Gundam Journey to Jaburo. With v1.5 does this mean The Best release is sort of patched up version? cheers
Some moron had the latter one listed for like 60,000 yen a year or so ago on YJ. IT was the topic of much laughter at Japanese Gaming. Differences between the normal version are, I think, that you start off with full weapons. Since this was a not-for-sale item, there was originally no spinecard. He says this for all three items... even though PS2 games don't come w/ a spinecard. They're in my watchlist. Curious to see where they finish up.
Very nice list. I need to add to my MS Gundam game list, it is quite small. Gundam Battle Master 2 is awesome, one of my favorite PSX games. The US Gundam Battle Assault was horrid, although I never got to play the second installment. The first was basically a palette swapped version of the import Battle Masters 2, adding in units from Gundam Wing (the popular series at the time in the US). The SS Side Story games are somne of my favorite action games. ^_^_^
