Multinational percentage

It's not a 'Canadian' thing but a disputed matter; some refer to Australia as a continent on its own but some include it an New Zealand, Fiji etc in Oceania (Oceanie in French).

ASSEmbler's forums hardly have any flamewars. Compared to GameFaqs, or SEGA.com's, or the KKK fascists over at Edge Emulation - this place is extremely calm.

Finally, this poll is extremely flawed. You title it a 'multicultural' poll which would imply ethnicities but name continents as the choices? How flawed is that? Nationality yes, but culture/ethnicity would refer to one's cultural/ethnic background, not the land mass they reside on.

Also, why is Russia a seprate option? That's hardly a continent, it's a country, man.

 

I think Russia is big enough to be a seperate category. If you have to flame me for that you are a sad, little man.

a: Australia is not a continent, it's a country.
The continent (which includes NZ and dozens of smaller islands) can be referred to as either Oceania or Australasia.

Anyway, I'm in Europe. And would count North/South America as seperate continents, for a total of 7.

 

When someone corrects you (and he certainly didn't "flame" you), either accept it or write a counter argument. Don't just hurl an insult, it's what causes flame wars in the first place...

Anyway, Europe voted for me as I'm UK.

Being an instigator? I was simply correcting you and pointing out what I saw as inaccurate about the thread topic. Multicultural is not the same as multinational. Where was I 'pissed'? Seems like the only anger coming out here was from your own frustration at yourself for taking a completely flame-free observation as 'instigation'.

Did you see a single insult in there directed towards you,a flame of any sort? It was an observation on the thread, nothing directed towards you *yourself* in any sense.

Nitpicky? Russia is a country, not a continent, as were all the other options. So it's big? So what? China has a larger population, why not make that an option as well? Canada has the world's largest coastline, why not make that an option? You screwed up but can't admit it, so go lashing out at others.

If you're going to be so immature so as to see a mere correction or suggestion as a flame, you really need to ponder that 'sad little man' whine again.

And mods, if you're going to wax lyrical about threads being taken off topic, go ahead, but lay the blame up there where it belongs.

 

Russia is a HUGE country and i though the word 'Asia' makes people think of chinese people.
