My 3d model of a 3DO M2 unit

    So i downloaded Sketch up a while ago and tonight was bored so i decided to create a 3d model of a M2, its not the best by any means but with a little work it could be better

    all types of feedback welcome

    looks nice, power switch is a bit off but otherwise excellent.

    what proggy you used to make that?

    I used sketch up (google sketch up)

    here is an updated versio with colour and a few changes

    cool, which application are you using? I would suggest 3ds max myself, although maya can be equally good and better depending on your preference.

    Hes said it twice. Google Sketch Up. Thats the name.Its a real simple program.

    i may get something better for doing 3d models but not done anything like this since high school so i am bit rusty

    give the freeware blender a try, not the easiest interface, but quite powerful (and has a built in game engine)

    Nice models, considering your using sketchup

    What's with the Blue LED? Should be Green like consoles of the time. :p

    Wow, good job 3DO. They look great! You can also model in Sketch Up and export it to modifiy it or improve it on other programas (exported as 3DS) if you wish to try other software.

    I recently started using Sketch Up at work and as soon as I get the Wii I'm going to try to model one. The complete version of Sketch Up creates very sweet images that really look like they were drawn by hand. It's a very fun program, I only wish it had 3 camera windows.
