As a matter of fact I fond one in a store for cheaper than eBay: That would be my main from now on and I'll preserve the Zelda.
Nice purchase but I just don't like this NES 3DS although I do like its box. I just prefer the red Smash console. I'm trying to buy one but I can't seem to convince myself to drop what they are asking for it here in Brazil. I already have 3 3DS XL and 3 regular 3DS. Buying another one isn't as easy as I thought it would be. My brother has the Pikachu 3DS and loves it. I think it looks pretty good but it is an expensive 3DS to have.
The Pikachu is and will get rarer as time goes by, but I've just never loved anything Pokémon related even as a kid, so value wise if you could go for that one. I too prefer the box more than the actual 3DS, but as a retro collector I had to have it and now I like it more and more. Anyway here is my new baby, I think, look wise, it surpasses even my number one (RG-M1).
The fat PS3 had the most beautiful limited editions. I wonder why they didn't release a silver or white fat PS3 in the west, because those consoles look amazing !
Thank you. I came home today and was very happy and surprised, because I received this a week earlier. Anyway, this completes my 2014-collecting year. Thanks for all your nice comments. So I taught I could give some numbers I achieved this past year. I managed to collect 22 systems in the form of 41 consoles, console variation (or double) and console attachment (handhelds included); And on the game side, I got 191 games. The distribution is as followed: - Sega 16-bit: 29 - Neo Geo CD: 1 - GBC: 3 - DC: 9 - Saturn: 5 - TurboGrafx 16: 1 - NES: 12 - SNES: 10 - N64: 8 - GC: 7 - Xbox: 6 - Ps2: 17 - Psone: 18 - Ps Vita: 7 - 3DS XL: 1 - Ps3: 32 - Xbox 360: 1 - Wii: 2 - Ps4: 3 - Xbox One: 3 - Sega GG: 6 - Sega MS: 10 And as always everything is complete in box. Merry Christmas and happy new year dear collectors and see ya all next year.
This was a great year for you and you got a very nice game to end it. Congrats! I'm still waiting on some games to arrive. I will only say the year is over for collecting when 2015 starts because I know there is always a chance of buying a new game even in December 31. And Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too!
As much as you are right, now I can assure you 100% that I won't buy anything else till the end of year. My gf took me to south America for the holidays to visit her family. Today we went downtown for some shopping and for curiosity I went in some game stores to see their deals. Man I congrat all collectors from SA cause I don't know how you collect without starving. I was shocked how video games are expensive here. A freaking ps3 bundle with TLoU was over $450. The damn ps4 was $680. Jeez they are literally stealing people in the middle of the day in sunlight. And the reason is simple, the store import everything from US and ripoff the poor people here.
Which country are you visiting? Brazil has prices similar to those that you mentioned and some of the consoles and games are manufactured here.
Home sweet home. Finally back to my hobby. Hope everyone enjoyed their vacation like me. Anyways here some sweet games to begin this awesome year:
One more to go and the .hack collection is complete, also some other goodies that came in just this morning :
