I wonder if you'd be able to notice if you put a thin coat of this stuff on it afterwards

for it to be effective I'm guessing you'll have to put a thick layer on top

I wonder if wet sanding after applying a clear coat would be a solution.

I've used it in the past on a custom motorcycle gauge face I made and you couldn't even tell it had a clear coat. Dries virtually invisible and the face never yellowed. I may try it on some small pieces and get some pics up.

Here's a pic of the gauge face I made that was sprayed with the UV clear.

UV resistant clear coat, interesting. Might check out the local bunnings hardware store this weekend.

    Hi guys,
I'm preparing for a session of Retr0brighting, as I have a bunch of Game Boys (and an incoming Super Famicom!) that show some yellowing.
Since I moved to Scotland I can't count on the sunlight to help much, so I was thinking about buying a UV lamp.
Does anyone have any experience using one? Which size / wattage should I buy?

In my experience, wrapping it before setting it outside doesn't make a difference in terms of preventing streaks/burn marks. Perhaps reapplication is the key, but I've pretty much written off using the creme mixture and I think I'm going to stick to submersion going forward.
