I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this thread but whatev.

Anyways, I've been messing around with LSDJ and tracking a little bit on my GameBoy. Here's quick tune for you guys. All feedback is welcome.

I'm currently running LSDJ on an emulator until my padre lets me use his studio gear.

    Gracìas.

    EDIT: Changed link.

if you could make an MP3 file of this lovely chiptune, then I would maybe make a remix of the file, if I was allowed to do that.

pretty cool. I don't like the actual tune but I can see/hear what you have done. It's quite impressive for a first effort

No problem. What do you think of it? It's really simplistic and a first effort.

My little brother put it best when composing new music, "Just keep it in the key of C and you'll be good." :icon_bigg

    Thanks!

graciano1337: I liked it, because it was simplistic and the notes were there. where they should be, and it was simple. But it was not bad. So it is no wonder, why I am thinking of doing a remix of it, but please do not ask me. When I will do that remix, but I will probably make it sooner or later :)

    I think it sounds great.nicely done:thumbsup:

I guess if I messed around with it I would add some
bass and electric guitar to the song and some real
    drums.

sounds out sounding a lot like my laser light eyes by nullsleep. But I liked it around 35 seconds in when it started picking up. :D

yeah, the beginning is A LOT like Lazer Light Eyes, same notes, different order. i've been listening to Nullsleep's song a lot, mainly to hear how he structures songs, since i can't really see how it's done.

As far as I know, the Gameboy doesn't do electric guitar and real drums that well. LSDJ does have some decent sounding drum kits though. You can hear a little bit of that at the beginning of the song.

Thanks for all the comments guys!

What I meant was I would fill the song in with real instruments myself.
