Aha but you know what Kev is like for skipping over things ;)

In any case an ignorance of the law does not mean you are not subject to it. I've had to deal with this kind of shit on more than one occasion in more than one place and I know how it can turn sour, hence I'm still sticking to my guns on this point.

Bad_Ad84 hit the nail on the head.

An apology has been posted and the parties involved got their money back, which is great, but this seems like a desperate act of self-preservation rather than contrition.

    legit

you dont seem to understand aiding and abetting is also ilegal and you opened the site up to crimnal action in that respect. the site wasnt impartial. it thru its actions helped aid and abett. the site being shut down would be the least of the problems. thank god the memebers did what the site was unwilling to do.

    ASSEMbler

the members took care of it no need to put on a show now. you dont need to ban him. he came clean.

Seems to me like he needed money on the short term and had no intention of ever sending the items. Once the money could be replaced he turned back up and issued refunds.

I just murdered my girlfriend cause the dinner wasn't on the table when i got in from work but I have admitted it so don't send me to jail... Get fucking real

Could you stop talking shite for once?

The site has a legal inclination to stop his personal details being posted, I know you like to think everything is a conspiracy but it isn't.

Why are you saying you contacted the people involved?, You never contacted me or the other guy via Skype or mail at all.
I contacted you via Skype message service twice. You gave me a false tracking number when I asked you about it you said you had forgot and sent the items via surface mail.
You made out I was hassling you at all hours of the night which was simply not true.

I would have understood if you had said to me Im having cash flow problems but you didn't you just ignored me, I was never once unreasonable.
Like people have said on here the only reason you are back here is because of the shit it has caused you on other sites.
I got my money back not because you refunded it I got it back because Visa did a Charge back.
Once again I thank everyone on this site who really did try to help me get the money back.

If it is OK to ask, did any admin help or support you neozeed? Did ASSEMbler or LeGIt contact you to other said help or advice?

I just wondered because if maybe something like this happens again, people would know that they could genuinely turn to them for help. I'm just a bit confused because it seems like the normal members helped a lot, and the admins not so much.

But I am glad yourself and others got your money back one way in the end.

    @ASSEMbler

Dude, you don't have to permaban me. I know very well that I'm not welcome here, and so I won't be back.

Even if some can't accept that I might actually be sorry for any trouble I've caused, keep in mind that it's easy to judge separated by thousands of miles and a computer screen.

I wish you all well... even those that hate me.

    All the best,

    Charlie

shite needs to be said if you cant handle that then stay out of it. dont have time for your personal grudges against me.

the question is can... we relay on this site to help? so far we got the answer of no.

the was plenty of help but not for us.

this isnt a conspiracy far be it. conspiracies cant be proven.

we must know that this site and its great staff and admin will have our backs when shite hits the fan. what is the point of a market place taht we pay for certain listings if it wont do what is needed to make the market fair .

the reason why im still on this shite as you put it is becuase ive experienced it here and hope this will improve as i love this place and hope it becomes better.

What exactly were ASSEMbler or any of the admins supposed to do? It's a perk that trading/selling is even condoned on the site at all. This is not eBay therefore there aren't really any systems in place to handle instances of possible fraud. Hell, eBay does and they can barely handle it. Personally, I think that they did the right thing by staying (mostly) out of it. I am sure they all wish they could have done more, but come on. We should remember that there are risks involved when buying/selling on a forum like this.

Kevin (Assembler) tried his best to help me other than that it was fellow members.

But they could try to help like the normal members did. I think there can be no harm in it. I think the act of trying even if nothing comes of it can at least give feeling of support and stuff.

I think staying (mostly) out of it might give impression that they don't care much or something, which is kinda why I am asking because of being unsure.

But neozeed said ASSEMbler tried his best to help him too so that is great.

Come on man, what are you talking about? Its not wikileaks or something. Please tell me about any video game forum that was shut down for any legal reason (except pirating and we are not talking about it here).

And I really thinks that HCK is a scumbag. He reacted only after certain actions were taken against him on other forums. And if he really was in a trouble and needed money - than why did he refund it (if it's true) instead of sending the stuff that people paid for?? I dont believe him at all.

Right there is the illogical part. I can't think of any way refunds wouldn't harm earnings more than sending the stuff out. Normally buyers pay the postage on these types of deals anyway.

No it doesn't. Not when it's completely irrelevant and above all untrue.

Oh look, a site actually followed the law and removed an address so I couldn't go round and confront somebody. I trust the site far more now that I know they value my privacy.

Except charges like conspiracy to murder exist which have been confirmed as conspiracy to murder by the finding of planning documents...

The marketplace IS fair, users have been banned for scamming before. ASSEMbler was contemplating banning HCK or is your idea of fair, laws being broken so somebody can belt somebody for a grudge. User NeoZeed has confirmed assembler assisted him.

The site will be better when you fuck off.
