Maybe its for system linking system to system like on the original xboxs so that you can battle it out between 2 friends, Im just guessing here though.

Believe you need an XNA Board to use the Proto sidecar, I had no luck at least.

It has been awhile, but if I recall it's just a gigabit connection to read/write from the HDD rather than through the 100mb onboard ethernet port. I don't think it has anything to do with debugging.

Stop STOP! I'm already jealous ><"

Very nice pictures Jackhead! The blue-tint sidecar is extremely attractive.

i think jackhead got his from shark. anyways the ones that say xna were the first version of the 1gb models. they had a gigabit nic inside for accessign the hdd, nothing else.
once wp7 came out, xna was turned into app hub. then they made only 3 types of dev kits, jasper grey 512mb looks like every xbox full dev, the test 1gb that has a green rol and is grey, and the 1gb dev, without the gb lan and xna markings. idk why they got rid of the gig lan and pix( the pix port was combined with the dvd emu on the xna ver, and the final each is seperate. hope this helps :D
