N-GAGE QD Etel Server problem, No/Invalid Sim card (WSOD)

    Ive tried everything to get around this, I tried the *#7370# reformat keys, Ive tried to hold the (Call) Button, 3 and (*) while reseting it on and off. I looked for a cable to connect the QD to a PC to trouble shoot but the only adpter i have seems to be for power.

    If someone knows a fix for this that i dont know about id greatly appreciate it. I don't even care about my Contacts and Data from 6yrs ago I just want to play ES. Shadow key! :(

    Hi, does the unit turn on or is it stuck at the nokia bootscreen logo?

    but just in case OP actually does come back to read this: removing the cartridge, then factory resetting was what finally did it for me.
