    Thanks for the tip. Currently my understanding of what this cart can do:
    You can change the number of bytes sent between 1 and 3, and how many times it it sent (once or continuously [translates as continuity]).
    Pressing start on controller 4 sends the data, and looks to receive it (受信中 = receiving).

    Quite an interesting developer cart, possibly for the hardware engineers to test communication for the controller, or something.
