I guess you are wrong,you need to decode A17, READ(/RD) and CHIP ENABLE(/CE) from PSX to EPROM READ(/RD).

When you and the rest of team epic-fail release or achieve something of notable interest, I would be half offended by such a comment.

Once again, when people cant even be arsed looking for information which is out there and easy to find, how can they expect any assistance or help?

All the info on booting from an AR cart is in the PSX FAQ on the hitmen website, as is something called MyAR which is the source for a skeleton AR ROM.

Regarding Pro Action Replay: It is my understanding that Action Replay gained its "Pro" version earlier than GameShark. The first link I mentioned has ROMs for PAR (Pro Action Replay), but not sure if that's equivalent to regular GameShark or GameShark Pro; use at your own risk.
If you want to be on the safe side, go with the second link which has GameShark Pro ROMs (3.0 and 3.2... I remember finding 3.1 somewhere but I don't think it was in that same thread... I'll have to dig my HDDs to find it.).
