Hello, when opening one of my spare 1001 models I stumbled upon this stealth chip that was in the board. Turns out the soldering job was done terribly and the wires have detached from the pins (the parts that are soldered on the console are still in tact, though not sure if completely reliable to run) I am curious as to what this chip possibly is and what the proper diagram for it could be. (I'll take pictures of where it's soldered) My best guess is it being a Stealth V2a or some MM3.
Can you take a photo of where the other ends of the wires are connected to? Without that, it's very hard to even guess what the chip is. Honestly, it's probably easier to just get another chip and flash it with known code.
Previously stated that I would do that tomorrow And yeah I was thinking that, too. Not to mention they're pretty cheap
Looks like Stealth 2.8a - that wire to the control port connector is specific to that series of chips, and everything else seems to match.
