Need japanese to english screen traduction !

I have just brought a japanese version of FFXI all in one pack. I need to register to PlayOnline service but registration screen (step 4/6) is full of japanese fields that I am not able to understand.

I need someone who read japanese to translate this fields. Someone can help me ? ;-)

2) Name (Kanji), Name (Katakana)
3) Post Code, Prefecture
4) Address
5) Name of apartment building (not required)
6) Phone number, PlayOnline mail ID

That's about it. The usual stuff to register for any service. Piece of cake if you have a Japanese address...

You dont. You use fake characters. Ive got a Japanese FFXI account, and I used the guide from ffxionline.com to do it way back before it was even being tested here

 

Have you installed BBnav before installig PlayOnline ? What is the revision of your PS2 ?

I used a Windows PC I have a BBNav disk on the way for my PS2, but no FFXI. I have one of the first revisions with the External HDD
