Need Panasonic Q Drive Parts

I actually have 4 Q's all in need of plastic repairs. I have a Makerbot 2x 3D printer, but i haven't the time to invest in drawing the part.

 

If you can take some pictures of the part in orthogonal views and take measurements, I could try help you model them and post it here free for everyone to use. I don't own a Panasonic Q, otherwise I would of done this long ago.

 

I have the same issue with cracked posts. I super glued a couple for now but would like a more permanent solution. Can someone who's taken the whole thing apart confirm whether these are just posts that screw in both ends or are part of some larger plastic chassis as seems to be what I'm reading here?
