Neo Geo MVS not turning on?

Not exactly the best , but could the green wire be the culprit? whats the worst that happens if i connect them and power it on?

 

You have to ask what the worst thing is that can happen if you miswire a PSU? Umm, fire!

My laptop is old and the resolution is poor... so I'm having difficulty scrolling around your pics. What exactly are we looking at?

Have you tested the PSU to see that it's giving out the correct voltages? Especially under load.

 

no i haven't tried it. I knew fire was worst case...
