That is my honest advice though yeah had some real psycho trolls who did edit my vids to try to make me look the fool but in the end I realized REALLY? You hate me THAT much you spent time and effort to download and edit my videos? How pathetic can you be? Is your life really that empty? This is when I realized ignoring (and in extreme cases blocking/reporting) is the best way to deal with such people. Realizing the only satisfaction and joy they get is when it effects you and you respond, when you understand that you instantly win and take their power, their only tool away. Let them hate, let them troll, I STILL have over 2000 subscribers, lots of comments, people who enjoy and discuss with me what I enjoy and are like minded, better to concentrate and focus on them and keep doing what I love and what got them to enjoy my channel in the first place, THEY deserve my time, thought and efforts, not haters and trolls. That's good, at least you can live past all of it and ignoring does work well. I noticed when I deleted the comments I go no more responses or any more harassment. I missed the Saturn first time round(bought a psx instead), so i picked one up not long ago and thought id play a game or two on it to see what i had missed?. Well it seems i didn't miss anything at all, games look like shit to be honest(ones that i have with it).. so i've boxed it back up and will probably end up binning it at some point cause i have no use for it whatsoever. maybe im overlooking a few decent games but to me only things that look good on it a 2d type games (old school shooters etc). The way things are at the moment it's going towards the bin, just maybe it has a saving grace in the form of a decent game?
if you're gonna bin it, send it to me i'll give it a loving home, or stick it on ebay for someone else to enjoy if its not your thing.
The Saturn games don't look like crap. Sure they aren't as good as what the PS1 can do, but they aren't bad. Panzer Dragoon, Virtua Fighter 2, Virtual On, all looked very good. You honestly have to try some 2D games, especially fighters or ones that use the RAM expansion pack. I play my Saturn all the time and it's never looked like "shit". Give the Saturn more time. I wasn't blown away either at first, but after time you will appreciate it for what it is.
Graphics that are supposedly bad is the worst reason I've heard for not liking the Saturn. Most 3D PSX games from that era look like shit too if you play them nowadays, and while the Saturn is lacking in 3D capabilities, there are many 3D Saturn games that look nice.
Virtua Cop is pretty fun with a Virtua Gun. It's a pretty tough game too, which is kinda weird for a gun game.
there's also Area 51 and Crypt Killer and the house of the dead and a few more. resident evil and deep fear are good too
Resident Evil and Deep Fear look really good and play well. I love the Saturn controller for these games. It's really a shame the Saturn gets a bad rap...
