I wouldn't get too excited now Sega are merely a brand name and not the powerhouse they once was, but ooh Afterburner 3 HOTD4 just looks like 3 but shinier ... :S Virtua Fighter hasn't been good for me since VF2 either....
That's cool...always good to see new arcade hardware coming out. Though I hope those HOTD screens are only demo or concept shots...those poor zombies have some mighty angular shoulders...
Hey if those images were from the WIP games for the X360, then why lingbergh is based around SH CPUs and not a G5 like the console version?
I'd prefer that Sega stays out of the home console market and focus on making games like they are now.
yea but some of their latest attempts dont exactly scream "WINNER", im not bashing sega, i love that company(figurativily speaking of course) but it would be killer to see them rise once more... why not....sega can do like all the rest with those "reto" hardware releases, by the looks of it, sega may still be beating out some gd's...so why not take the dreamcast.....repackage it......include a a gd(or cd) with 50 or so sms/sg/gg games on it, and release it....think bout it...then sega could release some 'cast games...like say the "sonice adventure pack" or the "sega sports disc" one can dream...
I love the sega make a new console version of that system dreamcast 2 also this arcade hardware work in HDTV cool
Theres a DC-on-a-chip thats even more powerfull than the actual DC (540MIPS vs the 360 from the original, and 7 millon/pol/sec) They could do a kick-ass portable with that, and go against PSP and DS :die
