The generosity of the members here speaks volumes. The response we have gotten is simply overwhelming. To date, we have raised some $738.15. ray: The license has been purchased from that amount. The remainder goes into a bank account for the site for emergencies, and as a fund for our needs. All I can say is that it shows what kind of community we have here at ASSEMbler. I'll keep you updated as I progress with the issue.
Thanks go out to everyone here at ASSEMbler !! We really do have a strong community !! Within a short time ASSEMbler will have the license in his name (still in mine at the moment)and then we can all get back to enjoying assemblergames.com !! Yakumo
Bloody marvellous A BIG thanks to all those that donated especially some of those really new members as well. This is the "ONLY" site that is by the members, for the members and whatever else was said in some address!!
this is amazing!! thank you all, and also thanks that i'm allowed to be a part of such a great community!!
I've downloaded the latest version, and am wondering if I should do a nice fresh install of Vbulletin 3.5 as the version we have now is 3.0
I don't want to kill the forum just after we saved it, I'll experiment here on the local machine a bit
Ask not what Assemblergames.com can do for you, but what you can do for Assemblergames.com!   That would be ironic... Just a hardy thanks to everyone who donated cash. It would have been a true setback to have lost all of the information stored on this site. Thank you!
That's great news. Although I'm one of the newer members, I think it's safe to say that for a lot of people, this is probably the only site we'd consider chipping in some money to keep it running. At least I know that's the case with me. The wealth of information that is here and continually posted by the members on the forums is well worth keeping. Thanks for everything.
