if you need to know anything, i know some stuff on panda units. if you want to install anything you want on it, get reinand, a custom firmware for panda consoles.
Don't get reinand for anything its outdated and no reason to use it over a luma installation from http://dev.3ds.guide Also kind of unrelated but there team are responsible for Luma developer github getting hacked and deleted from the password leak on 3dsiso I don't think custom firmware is the way to go. To test your Unity projects you have to convert the unity file to CIA, then put it on your 3ds sd card somehow then install with FBI. It takes forever if your serious about developing ( and if you using a panda are??) If you have a panda unit I recommend looking at the Nintendo development portal and looking up how to develop with Unity on it. Pretty sure you can connect the unit up and run it with live debugging and without transferring and installing files every time you make a change
