Nintendo RS Disc...anyone know what this is [PIC]

I know it takes awhile (I have a copyright), but Nintendo, like most large companies, trademarks every idea they come up with when creating characters/games/systems and then just ditches the ones that they don't use; as evidenced by their large number of dead claims.
My guess is that Nintendo has been working on its next gen console on some level since before the gamecube came out, thus it would make sense that a trademark would exist somewhere. I have not searched the TM office files on too many occasions, and thus, cannot claim I did it in the best way to find all of Nintendo's trademarks, as I'm sure that I did not. I was just sharing what I was and was not able to find.
But you are right, there is a very good chance that it is registered and not in the online database yet, I was just going off of the TM printed after RS on the disk.

BTW, what is your TM for, if you don't mind saying?
