Well Danish cuisine is in a jokingly way ;-) = Swedish meatballs, boiled potatoes, and brown gravy(well we call it sovs, since it isn´t "sauce" because it is much thicker) . but well, that gives it no justice, since there are alot of other great stuff So if you ever got the chance to go to Denmark, and if we hit off, in a cool way. Then I could guide you through some of my favorite Danish dishes. Since we do have some good dishes, that I like too. But anyway, you can always search for Danish food recipies online, and you can even find Danish recipies in English written books. Since I did it some months ago, since I was asked about it.
