    This thing is amazing...

So this stuff is still easy enough to find in China/HK/TW? (not the MD-PSX in particular)

It's crazy how Asia is still full of retro consoles, proto and clones... I wish I could go back there with some cash to spend !

No,it was just proudced by BBG(It is called BBK now)and only in 1996 that was released. Because in 1996 ,Sony(It's Sony ,not Sega:D) sued the BBG corp for its PlayStation appearance design patent and this model had been suspended. Fortunately,I get one in a Chinese online shoppingsites.:)

Its just the used bootleg CDs are easy to found because bootleg CDs had been put out of production many years but MD and FC cartridges are still be produced now.

haha,it's ture that exist xbox even N64 bootlegs and i have ever seen it.But they all don't have bondingfinger to connect SEGA CD or MEGA CD and cannot RGBS out put.So it cannot running with Super 32X and i guess it was produced in 2000s or later.

In HK or mainland China - yes. But they're much much rarer.

Interesting, i'd wonder how they done that? and if the systems they have/selling contains a Cobra or E3 ODE built-in for customers before purchasing the bootleg BD-R pressed PS3 games?

I don't know the details, I just know they sell them with CFWs preloaded with games on HDD. I know there were some bootleg discs around 2010-2012. It seems they've been replaced by preinstalled HDD/USB games, and discs are just not very practical when you can fill up an HDD. They also offer a service where they will install games on request etc

Those preinstalled games use DRM activation exploits involving forged PSN activations, not CFW.

I think SONY was able to fix that on the PS4 but I'm not sure about the PS3.

I meant all the ones you posted. These kind of systems in general. I guessed the MD PSX was probably hard to find!

I see. Well they do offer CFW flashing nonetheless. And AFAIK you can't run pirated games from HDD unless you have CFW.

Here is a Youtube video of this UNIT in action, It actualy runs pretty decent, and even passed a test cart which tests the unit processors, rams, modules, etc.

I can't guarantee, but I think this unit runs with no problems the Special Chip Carts like StarFox

The one I have works perfectly with everything but SA-1 and S-DD games which require a functioning CIC (security lockout chip) to function properly.
