Ode for gamecube with megadrive v3, anything still sold?

Anyone know of any other sites selling these?

 

@Bad_Ad84 mentioned he might be getting hold of some, but that was a while back. He had communication issues with his supplier or something like that.

 

I got one so far as a test. Getting anymore out of them is proving difficult.

They're not too hard to find if you keep looking. I believe I stumbled on one today for $35 in a local Craigslist pickup. Time to open and see.

Why mod Wii or WiiU? Gamecube is in true 1080P widescreen so nice, nicer than wii game on WiiU...

 

Whut? Gamecube only goes up to 480P (or 576P if you like). How do you get "true" 1080P out of it without upscaling?

 

On WiiU, with virtualWii hached + Nintendont 1080P so nice....NB: procesor GC, Wii & WiiU are same, nintendont is not an emulator.

 

Yeah 1080 out of a GC I would love to see the day.
Why mod Wii or Wii U? Why not? Each piece of hardware is very easy to mod. The GameCube, mind you it is my favorite console, is completely outclassed by the Wii U. See with a Wii U you can have every game you want ready to go on an HDD. You never have to put a disc in.
This brings up the topic of VC injection of Gamecube games for the Wii U. I can have a heavy modded GC and a Wii U sitting side by side and I will play the Wii U 99% of the time. The 1% is just because I feel guilty not giving my babies proper attention. You want a GC game to be displayed in 1080p widescreen. Let the Wii U do it for you. It looks amazing. With some simple software mods you make the GC obsolete (feel like such an ass for saying that).

 

Well I have a retro gaming club at school but I don't want to bring the discs. I have modded my wii u and wii. I dont like using the wii because of the controls and receiver bar. We play smash tournaments 8 player on the wii u though during game days.

 

with Nintendont on Wii/WiiU we can use pro controller, game cube controller with adpter, PS3....without any input lag....

 

You've made me curious now. Any good guides for that? What's the compatibility like?

Everything launches from Wii U menu with full gamepad functionality. 2tb HDD with a Y cable and you have everything you need. Put all your other consoles on the shelf and beat up a Wii U while there are still plenty to be had. Seriously underrated system.

 

one question could you play online with hacked console? Original disk need?

 

Yes you can play online without the original disc on Wii U games.
I have used VC injection on Phantasy Star 1&2 without any luck though. The console doesn't want to recognize that specific game. Bad RIP maybe.
