Why does there seem to be such a tendency for people on this forum (myself included) to go wildly off topic on various threads? If a thread gets longer than like 2 pages, it's almost certain that the last post will have almost nothing to do with the OP. I'm not complaining or suggesting we change our ways, it's just kinda funny. Now watch this turn into a discussion about cheeseburgers in Russia.
Hehe, it is funny and I know too well I am guilty of going off topic a lot. I guess it is just the nature if this forum. We like to talk. By the way, Mc Donalds have just started selling the Big Mac for 200 yen. nice! Limited time only though. Yakumo
Nice. Is McDonald's better in Japan than it is in the US? Cause it sucks here. Well, McGriddles excluded.
i think we touched on this a while ago but yes, Mc in Japan is a billion times better than the shit in the states. My brother confirmed this since he's been to the states a d Japan a lot. Still, Burger King is better than any Mc Donalds. IMO. So to get back on to topic, yeah we always go off topic. Prime example right here  Yakumo
I actually like Lotteria a lot. Since there's no McDo or BK in VN, that's the only option to go eating decent burgers, the other fast food chains are Pizza Hut and KFC (they serve on an actual plate with cutlery and glasses!?) You can keep it UNDER € 5 at Lotteria which consist of a large menu with half of a fried chicken, a burger of choice and a drink + two additional burgers... If I was to buy that over here, I'd probably have lost about € 18 or so.
Simple answer is that threads have a flow and you just have to go with it. Wendy's beats them both hands down.
Not the BEST burgers ever, but the Double Double is definitely the best $3 burger money can buy. Hands down. I think that by going off topic in this thread is actually keeping the thread on topic given that the OP is inquiring about threads going off topic, therefore by going off topic in this post, in actuality, I'm keeping this post on topic.
InNOut beats anything considered fast food. They don't clog the menu and as a consequence what they do make is top notch.
There's a place where I live called Mugshots that has some of the best burgers I've ever had. I've had burgers from all over the country, and even some in Jamaica, and the ones at Mugshots rate pretty high up there. I always get the mushroom and swiss burger. The buns they use are like sweet rolls, and their burgers are thick and juicy. Burger heaven. It's a sit down restaurant though, not a fast-food joint.
If you find yourself not knowing what to eat in LA, its because theres so much of everything there, rather than because all the places just get so old. And I notice its usually some simple word or phrase that someone says and someone else picks up and idea or memory from it. Then the conversation changes, but of course its always something new.
