Hmm, well this is sad to see. Obviously, if there are issues with a user then I'm glad that the admins are dealing with it so efficiently! It is sad to see that someone would refuse to comply and fit in to our nice community, though. It is usually very friendly!!

I remember after the new announcement was posted and I was looking around one forum I replyed at, when it took me to the top & I noticed the Banned under his name...

 

the dude was irritating. I don't think you can get banned for that, but this place reads much better without Mr.Spammy. he made some joke thread about homosexuals at some point, and it was locked quickly. don't know if its related to that.

 

I'm glad people actually listen to me around here. Though, every time I tried to voice my opinion about him a mod would "clean" it up.

That was close to the final straw that broke the camel's back. He posted a comment on the gas prices topic that was 10000% ignorant that broke the camel's back and more.

 

Damn, I didnt know JT12K was banned. He was like the king of spam and argued a lot. Oh, and what a Sega Fanboy he was, too! Its nice to notice that the mods are more in action and stopping flamewars close or before they start. Good Job, guys! :smt023

I believe it was before you were around but it involved a guy named Jeff and his never-ending sale of an NR Reader.

 

It had nothing to do with us listening to you or the fact you voiced your opinions. You keep voicing your opinion like you were towards that member and you will soon find you might go the same that he did.

About JTI2K... You know, he probably really deserved it , but what makes me sad is that other than his later over-the-top behaviour, the guy appeared to be very smart. I don't know what happened, it looked like he was going to be a really cool member and then he went out of control. Who knows what happened...

JT12K was banned because he was becoming a right pain in the arse with his spamming and offensive posts. Even after warning he still continued so off he went.

We're cleaning up this town...err board of all outlaws We don't need them, Spams or offensive comments. Let's keep it a nice helpful place that ASSEMbler has always been. No more fanboyzim (is that a word?) either

I had no idea the guy was banned. He was being incredibly annoying at first, which I didn't see as a "bannable" offense, but his thread stating something about homosexuals was way over the line.

 

I look forward to the day.

BTW, I don't really think you do a good job of moderating. Now that you're a mod, you think you're big and bad, you close topics while sneaking in last comments, and you seem to be a little "happy" with the delete button.

If this post gets deleted, it would just prove my point.

Oh, and when I said "people" were listening to me, I didn't necessarily mean mods. I meant other members took notice and actually started to realize what a jackass member JTI2K was, which may have caused more and more complaints against him. Who knows? I'm not trying to be a "back seat" mod like cahaz; I just speak my mind when I feel it necessary.
