There are only like five copies of PAL Kizuna Encounter for Neo Geo, and considering it has sold for "only" $15000 or so, I don't see how this would be worth $25000 since there are more copies of it.

Neither one is worth 25k but the NWC is a better investment than any NEO GEO cart if there is such a thing.

Supply AND demand determine the price not just supply. Neo Geo has a cult like following and some very high priced games it just isn't a household name in the USA. If videogames ever become a real hobby "A" list actors and investors won't be buying Neogeo at auction the same way they buy up copies of Superman and Spiderman #1s, it would have to be a Nintendo product.

True but Superman and Spiderman #1 have some real value, they're the first of an extremely popular series of comic books. This cart? I doubt it's even entertaining. Give me a signed copy of Chrono Trigger any day over this.
