Original xbox console halo edition price please

I have got the original xbox collecting bug.
i have been offered a unboxed halo see through green console.
it has halo on the front aswell as the pad and was originally bought in new zealand

just wondering what this is worth? The guy is asking £60.00 sounds a tad too expensive to me
but what do you think?

 

Unboxed/incomplete they aren't worth much more than a regular xbox, maybe $10 to $30 more if your lucky. Boxed complete sets go for a pretty penny recently. I lost a bid on a complete one on ebay for $170 last week if that helps.

 

60 pounds might be a bit much, unless it is including delivery. Its fairly easy to find one under 60$ with some sort of game in the US.

 

Seems pricy to me as well. In the US a loose one is ~$40-$50 with the controller.

it comes with 2 crappy games and he can do it £65.00 all in posted but I think I will leave it as I would pay
£30.00 max for the console.

 

They go for around $120 boxed in Australia, lately they have been going for $200+ (just people who are stupid pay that much for them).

 

So it's just not worth what he is asking then is it.

i just bought this for £65 delivered ( about $100 )
for me i really wanted a green halo edition but they were never sold in the uk with the halo decals on the front. this one is from new zealand and plays pal and is 240v ready so happy there. also comes with an original green and an original blue controller.. happy days

 

Yeah that's the one , still not worth is as it was properly filthy , also did this not end for £6.00?
or did he lie and tell the buyer it was broken or something like that?
