Realistically it should only be xboxromw2d that is being compiled? I'm not sure about the other files But yeah, the rom goes on the root of the HDD or more specifically: "Retail Hard Drive Emulation (HDD: )" - You'll notice the boot times are really, really slow while its patching the kernal. The screen goes black after the xbox logo so give it a minute.

well it boots, looks for xboxromw2d.bin then load that if there and yep.
