    That makes much more sense.

I don't know Pat as well as some of you probably do, but as long as he's still Pat "The NES Punk" I can't see him wanting to sell the two holy grails in his collection unless he's desperately in need of cash, in which case he probably could have sold it online for big $$$ long ago and avoided the obvious (and televised) low ball offers that you typically get from a pawn shop.

Regardless, if any one expects to get big cash for their items from a pawn shop, they are stupid, as it rarely happens. I think Pat just wanted to joke around on it.

Fail 1. Chumlee knows nothing about retro gaming.
Fail 2. The expert knows nothing about retro gaming. (he`s a toy guy)
    Fail 3. 15k Is a retarded offer.
Fail 4. These guys have know idea how huge the retro gaming industry is.
The Win: Pat showed both of these fucks how retarded they truly are on national tv!
P.S. If Chum offered me 15k for these two carts, i`d tell that fat fuck to go run a 15k marathon!

These shows are staged? I thought random people strolled around with radio transmitters tucked into the back of their pants?

Yeah I get puzzled by this too. Why do people expect actual selling price at a pawn shop? They have to make money after all.

I definitely have to agree that in this case, it looks very much like Pat had no intention of actually selling the carts. Whenever he began the alleged "price negotiation" with Chumlee, it looked and sounded very much like he was acting at that point, and poor acting at that. He sure didn't come off as a sincere seller trying to sell his games. The way he talked and even his eye movements showed that he wasn't seriously contemplating an offer.
